Friends Raise Funds With Plants & Books
Plants and used
books were featured at a Friends of the
Bridgeton Library Plant & Book Sale held May 31,
2008 on the library's front steps and court
yard.
These cookbooks at left, were
surrounded by all sorts of plants. More plants
are atop a wall at right.
A customer inspects some plants at one of the
tables set up for the sale. Profits were used to
support the library's reading programs and
technology purchases.
