Friends Raise Funds With Plants & Books |

Plants and used
books were featured at a Friends of the
Bridgeton Library Plant & Book Sale held May 30,
2009 during the City of Bridgeton's Community
Yard Sale at the Cinderella Softball Field in
the city recreation center. |

These used cookbooks, at left, were
sold along with all sorts of plants, seen in the
photo at the right. |

A friend of the
library and a friend of plants, Elizabeth "Busy"
McCutcheon, tends to the selection at the yard
sale. Profits were used to
support the library's reading programs and
technology purchases. |
